Position : Admin Cum Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the front office activities.
- assists all department and management office.
- development of the hotel's marketing and events.
- consists of contacting potential clients and corporates.
- Effectively develops relationships within community and customer.
- Develops a marketing plan and consistently implements it and monitors the results.
- Develops and create promotion tactics in effective ways to distribute them to the target audiences
- Maintains and updates the hotel with new promotions and information as needed
- Conducts market surveys as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Female/Chinese with good common sense, able to work independently with minimum supervision and good communication skills with all level.

Position :Admin Cum Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into UBS Accounting System
- Preparation of daily invoicing and monthly statement
- Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the accounts department
- Update cash book and petty cash record daily.
- Maintain and keep a proper filing of all documents.
- Assist to prepare reports for external auditor & tax agent as assigned.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold at least a Diploma or Certificate.
- Applicants must be able to handle full set of accounts.
- Initiative, responsible, self motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Familiar with UBS Accounting Software, Auto and experience in handling firm/partnership accounts are advantage.
- Required language : English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Position : Front Desks Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle all arrivals for check-ins (Registration) and departures for checkouts (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
- Greet all Hotel guests and patrons of the Hotel with utmost respect and courtesy, as well as handle all guests' requests and telephone calls.
- Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required.
- Complete shift audits as required.
- Check all unresolved departures.
- Ensure front desk is stocked with any items guests may require before housekeeping leaves for the day.
- Clean and tidy front desk area.
- Assists guests by attempting to honor special requests for specific accommodations, and presents options when those requests cannot be met.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Georgetown.
- Possess own transport to and from working.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
